VIP Roadside Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Quiet Protector VIP Membership, which includes Roadside Assistance. It is part of our VIP Membership Terms. If anything here differs from those Terms, the VIP Membership Terms apply.

1. Your 30-day full refund window

You can cancel within the first 30 days after your effective date and receive a full refund of all VIP Membership fees you have paid.

2. After 30 days

After the 30-day cancellation period, VIP Membership fees are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop all future charges. You keep your VIP access, including Roadside Assistance, until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.

3. What this policy applies to

This refund right applies to the VIP Membership fee only. Physical products you bought from us follow the TerraShell product guarantee, not this policy.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, in whichever way is easiest for you:

5. When your cancellation takes effect

  • After a paid charge: no further charges are made. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

6. Billing reminder

The VIP Membership is a subscription that renews automatically. It costs $99.97 every 8 weeks (56 days), plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. Members who joined before April 22, 2026 are billed $99.97 every 12 weeks (84 days), as agreed when they joined.

7. Chargebacks and abuse

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Chargeback abuse or repeatedly joining and cancelling may lead to the end of your VIP Membership and refusal of future enrollment.

8. Roadside Assistance is not insurance

Roadside Assistance is a service included with your VIP Membership. This is not an insurance product.
