RoadSide Terms

These VIP Membership Terms ("VIP Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "Member") and Copyhero LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Quiet Protector ("Quiet Protector," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These VIP Terms supplement and incorporate by reference:

If there is any conflict, these VIP Terms control for VIP Membership matters.

Billing Cycle: The recurring subscription period. Unless otherwise disclosed, every 8 weeks (56 days).

Membership Fee: $99.97 every 8 weeks (56 days), plus applicable taxes.

VIP Benefits: Member benefits disclosed at enrollment and summarized in Section 6. Members who enrolled before 22/04/2026 are billed $99.97 every 12 weeks (84 days), as agreed at enrollment.

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you reside) to enroll.

You may enroll during checkout, via a post-purchase offer, one-click upsell, or other enrollment page.

By enrolling, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Enrollment is complete only when you take an affirmative action clearly indicating acceptance (e.g., "Place Order," "Accept Upgrade").

If payment fails, we may retry. Continued failure may result in suspension or termination of VIP access.

MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE 30-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD.

This program contains a 30-day cancellation period, with a full refund of all periodic membership fees if the membership is cancelled within the first 30 days after the effective date. Outside that period, membership fees are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. This refund right applies to the membership fee and does not cover physical products, which follow the TerraShell product guarantee.

Chargeback abuse or repeated enroll-and-cancel behavior may result in termination of membership and denial of future enrollment.

Benefits are available only while Membership is active and in good standing.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18+.

Entry Period: Quarterly (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4).

Automatic Entry: Active VIP Members receive one (1) automatic entry per quarter.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
Send an email to vip@quietprotector.com with the subject line "Free Giveaway Entry" and include your full name, email address, and mailing address. Limit one free entry per quarter per person.

Winners: Selected via random drawing at the end of each quarter. Winners notified via email within 7 days. Must respond within 14 days to claim prize.

Prizes: Approximate retail value varies by quarter (see enrollment page for details). No cash alternative.

Odds of Winning: Depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: Void where prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable. Winner responsible for all taxes. Release and liability waiver required. Sponsor: Copyhero LLC dba Quiet Protector.

We may update these VIP Terms.

We may suspend or terminate Membership for fraud, abuse, misuse, or policy violations.
